Hege Kverneland
Chairman of the Board
Hege has 30 years of experience in engineering and product development. She is former Chief Technology Officer at NOV and served on the executive team in Houston, TX.
Hege holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from NTH (now NTNU) from 1990 and participated in the prestigious General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2009.
Hege is involved in several technology companies in Norway and also serves on the Portfolio Board for Petroleum at the Research Council of Norway.

Aksel Kverneland
Board Member
Aksel is owner and managing director of Kverneland Energi. He established the company in 2017 together with his son Jonas Kverneland.
He has 15 years of experience as a management consultant/interim manager from various industrial companies nationally and internationally.
He also has previous experience from AKVA group and Kverneland Group. He holds a Diplom Ingenieure degree from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

Gudleik Njå
Board Member
Gudleik is CEO of Laerdal AS, the holding company of the Laerdal Group. He has broad experience in finance from Deutsche Bank and Citibank as well as Grieg Investor, which he also led for several years.
He holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from Georg August University in Goettingen.

Jonas Kverneland
Board Member
Jonas is CTO and electrical installer at Kverneland Energi.
He co-founded the company in 2017 together with Aksel Kverneland. He has worked as technical manager since the company was established, where he has also been responsible for all engineering and product development.
He holds a Master of Science degree in renewable energy from the University of Agder.

Elisabeth Nygård
Board Member
Elisabeth Nygård is a lawyer and partner at Haver Law Firm. She has over 15 years of specialization in real estate and development projects.
She is also a collaborating lawyer for the Norwegian Farmers’ Union and a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s law committee for construction law and regulatory matters.
Elisabeth holds a Cand. Jur. degree with specialization in inheritance law from the University of Bergen.
